In Memory of Richenel

Richenel began his artistic career as a member of the disco group LUXOR in 1979.

He achieved national and international fame in 1987 with the smashing hit “Dance Around the World“.
Many hits followed, including “Temptation,” “Don’t Save Your Love,” “Are You Just Using Me,” and “Fascination For Love.”

He recorded several albums. His latest album “Artist In Exile” marked a transition to more lounge and dance influences, a step towards jazz music, which later became his passion.

Richenel passed away on March 13, 2020, and is remembered not only for his music, but also for his exceptional stage presence, artistry, and versatility.
